Refund Eligibility
As Sky Edge TV provides a digital IPTV service, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been successfully activated or delivered. However, we will consider refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If you have not received your activation details within the promised timeframe.
- Technical Issues: If the service fails to work due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve.
- Unauthorised Purchase: If the purchase was made without your authorisation, we require proof of unauthorised payment for processing refunds.
Conditions for Refunds
- Refunds will NOT be granted for issues related to user error, such as:
- Incorrect device configuration.
- Using an unsupported device.
- Poor internet connection or user-side network issues.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7-50days of the purchase date.

Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before activation for a full refund.
- Once the service has been activated and delivered, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
